French rapper MHD has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for a 2018 gang-related murder. The BBC reports that the 29-year-old musician, whose legal name is Mohamed Sylla, was found guilty of involvement in the killing of 23-year-old Loic K in Paris in 2018. The musician was one of nine men tried for the murder — three were acquitted and five co-defendants were also convicted. You got to hand it to Louis: There’s really no better way to spend a 12th wedding anniversary (the silken linen one, per Emery) than where the magical day concluded — even if it is a car dealership. As hard as it is to believe something with jamming doors that take Herculean strength to close and faux wood paneling is outdated, the Huangs need a new set of wheels. It’s a piece of junk, but it’s also the first landmark moment of their marriage.

There’s a reason people told their friends to go see Fried Green Tomatoes (1991, MCA/Universal, $94.95, PG-13) in theaters—the same reason it’s going to rent like crazy on video—and it’s something that modern Hollywood tends to overlook. It tells a good story about interesting characters. At least, two-thirds of it tells a good story: the two-thirds about Idgie Threadgoode (Mary Stuart Masterson) and Ruth Jamison (Mary-Louise Parker). Director Jon Avnet was lucky to have as his screenwriter the same Fannie Flagg who wrote the source novel; he also delivers a rich, if whitewashed, visual portrait of the ’30s Deep South, with engaging secondary characters and a lovely, fertile sense of production design (you can almost smell the loam).

Frozen 2 remains shrouded in mystery, but we’re about to find out more about the much-anticipated sequel. A new trailer is set to premiere on Tuesday’s edition of Good Morning America, but ahead of that, Disney unveiled a new poster featuring sisters Elsa (Idina Menzel) and Anna (Kristen Bell) standing in a fog-shrouded forest. The first poster for Frozen 2 was released back in February alongside an initial teaser video. While this poster features Anna and Elsa, the first one contained only a close-up view of a snowflake.

Attention: All flights to Arendelle must first connect through Denver. Disney’s upcoming stage musical adaptation of Frozen, which on Tuesday announced its plans to head to Broadway in the spring of 2018, will first make an out-of-town pit stop in Colorado at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Exact dates have not been set, but Frozen will make its world premiere at the Buell Theatre in Denver in August 2017.
